The teacher trainee is teaching Religious and Moral Education and the topic is Festivals and its importance. During her lesson delivery, a team of college tutors are assigned to observe the teaching and give a feedback to the trainee using a lesson observation feedback tool designed by the T-TEL Challenge Fund team of the college.
This is an innovative approach to practical teaching adopted by the college to give chance to the second year students to practice teaching in real classrooms.
