Self-motivated and hardworking teacher believing that students of any background, rich or poor, are capable of achieving their dreams with a good teacher. Any learners that comes to me with learning problem are given a special attention, inspired and transformed to believe in themselves to improve performance. Making student teachers and colleagues feel important as they constitute major stakeholders in my continuous professional development.
I strongly believe in activity-based teaching and learning as it potentially eliminates learning by rote and abstract thinking and keep information in a long-term memory.
As a Physicist, giving students’ laboratory experience, innovative and improvisation skills make science teaching more entertaining with lots of practical works because physical theory without experiment is empty, experiment without theory is blind and it is the experimentalist that keeps the theorist honest.
